Kankurgachi Chalantika
Established in 1962, Kankurgachi Chalantika Club is a non-profit organization located in the heart of Kankurgachi, Kolkata. For over six decades, we have proudly organized Durga Puja celebrations at our iconic Industrial Football Ground. Last year, we marked 62 years of bringing our community together to celebrate the divine presence of Goddess Durga, seeking blessings for good health, prosperity, and happiness.
Through our Durga Puja festivities, we aim to foster unity, celebrate arts and culture, and showcase creativity through innovative themes and decorations. This festival is not just an occasion; it is a celebration of life, hope, and harmony for our community.
